– 3 tablespoons butter
Filling
– 1kg can of apples
– 1 lemon (zest)
Topping
– 1x cup of cream (whipped)
Passionfruit topping
– Icing sugar (4 tablespoons)
– Passionfruit pulp (170g)
– Butter (50g)
