Ingredients
- Puff pastry, cut into squares (15cm)
- Drained Apricot halves
- Apricot Jam
- Sugar (1/3 teaspoon per danish)
Method
- Turn on oven to 180 degrees
- Cut puff pastry into 15cm squares
- Spread thin layer of apricot jam over puff pastry
- Place 2 apricot halves in the middle of each square
- Fold over opposite corners to give shape
- Sprinkle sugar over the top to sweeten (few pinches of sugar)
- Place in the oven for at least 20 mins or until lightly browned
