Apricot Danish

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry, cut into squares (15cm)
  • Drained Apricot halves
  • Apricot Jam
  • Sugar (1/3 teaspoon per danish)

Method

  • Turn on oven to 180 degrees
  • Cut puff pastry into 15cm squares
  • Spread thin layer of apricot jam over puff pastry
  • Place 2 apricot halves in the middle of each square
  • Fold over opposite corners to give shape
  • Sprinkle sugar over the top to sweeten (few pinches of sugar)
  • Place in the oven for at least 20 mins or until lightly browned
